Trend Line and Breakout Scan Program

About Ramp

A Mechanical Engineer/Computer Programmer who is now a professional trader is the creator of Ramp. He found that he was spending too much time each day looking through charts for stocks on valid support lines. He developed a computer model using chaos theory and fractal mechanics to sort through stock data and qualify all combinations of trend lines on any stock or list of stocks. He then incorporated that model into a “very fast and simple to use” computer program. The program was developed for his personal use in the fall of 1999 and was not for sale. Once the program was proven effective and being used to select stocks every day, he shared it with a few close friends who were also active traders. As they began to use the program and realized how powerful it was, they encouraged him to offer it for sale. The program was then given the name “Ramp” and offered for sale through Nebadawn, Inc.
