Updating Ramp:

Before you download the new upgrade,  be sure and remove the existing Ramp program from your computer. To do this:

1.-- Left click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of your screen. Select "Settings" and then "Control Panel".

2.-- Left click on "add/remove programs".

3.-- Find Ramp in the list of installed programs and push the "add/remove" button.  If you are asked if you want to remove any shared components always answer "no" or "keep". Don't remove the Ramp subdirectories.

4.-- Be sure you are not running any other programs.

5.-- After removing Ramp as described above, download the new program at http://www.nebadawn.com/download.htm . Make note of the program name and where it is stored on your computer.

6.-- Run the downloaded program. Click on "Finish in the lower right of the first screen. When you are asked if you want to replace existing files, always select "yes".

To take the program out of demonstration mode you will need to pull down the “Password” menu item in the Ramp program and find your unique machine key. Email webmaster@nebadawn.com or call Nebadawn, Inc. with your machine key number and we will provide you with a permanent password. In the mean time, you can run the program in real mode now by using the temporary passwords provided in your order confirmation email.
